This product is lightweight, extremely quiet, the functionality for the humidifier and cleaning is the best I've had so far jjust simply remove the bottom pop it in the dishwasher or put a little lemon juice in it rinse it off and you're good to go. The carrying case is exceptionally made all-around a good product I would expect to pay $1000 or more I have had 5 different Machines and this for sure surpasses everyone of them and those were over $1000.00, they say you get what you paid for I would have to say in this case I got more than what I paid for.

I purchased two face masks from this firm; both were excellent products, but the second one cost far less than the first. They provided the info I needed to evaluate the second (cheaper) option and am pleased with the choice.

If I could have given a minus 5 I would have. They sent me the wrong product, I had to dispute it through Pay Pal, which I won. I returned the item and CPAP still refused to refund me. So, I'm out the cost of the product and shipping 2 ways. Customer service was terrible, I felt like I was talking to a parrot. The ONLY option they were willing to do was sell me another product at a reduced rate, without refunding me for the first product. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with and I'm 64 years old. I've dealt with many, many business. You would be a fool to ever buy anything from this company.
