My order shipped on April 5th but…
My order shipped on April 5th but hasn’t arrived and I can’t get a response from the company.
My experience was great
I see a lot of low reviews and notice many are older - so maybe things have changed - or maybe they were for non Rx lenses. I have to say I had a fantastic experience with them. I had a pair of Rx sunglasses that were my dads and had been sitting on my desk for years after his passing. When I decided I needed some Rx sunglasses I decided for sentimental reasons to use those frames. Sent them in and while in process my eye doc tweaked my Rx. I sent an urgent message asking customer service to see what could be done. They stopped my order and made sure the new Rx was being used. This was after the original Rx was in process. Customer Service always responded within 24-48 hours. Glasses arrived today and seem perfect. Time will tell on durability - but the process of getting them was great!
Lenses for oakleys
They ask you to write a review but if not 4 or 5 star they do not post. Lenses are decent yes but the screw driver they send does not fit the screw . Also be prepared for 20-22 days to recive from long shipping time. They send the 15% off after purchase not before.
No way would I recommend them
No way would I recommend this company. Took the money out of my account for the product and shipping is saying a label has been created but hasn’t shipped, been this way for 5 days now and can’t get an email response. Guess I should have read the reviews before ordering because there’s many others just like this.

Has been 5 weeks and still pending to receive this order. Have been told I can not get a refund until 3 more weeks of waiting. Do not recommend at all!

Bad quality
Hi, So … They never arrived so I asked for a reshipment as they were taking a very long time to arrive and received very good customer service regarding getting a replacement pair reshipped. I was happy with the customer service. I was not happy that my original order never arrived. The reshipment has not arrived yet. So I asked for a refund and was promptly refunded my payment minus the shipping cost. I have now received an order and of something similar to what I ordered, but unfortunately they arrived damaged. I’m very unhappy with the product described and on display online at your store. They were also definitely not mirrored as you can see in the photos it’s clearly see through. I have attached some pictures of the received product to this email for your reference. I hope that you will rectify any further issues for future customers. So I initially said that I didn’t get the shipping cost returned, that was my error for not checking to see that the shipping cost was free. That’s a little beside the point as RAVANT offers products for sale on their website and never delivered on their obligations. If I needed a banking system to hold my money for months and then return it to me I would have used one of the financial associations for doing that in Australia, I wanted lenses that was all.

Review by Anonymous User DO NOT PURCHASE THESE LENSES!! They are poop!! They all delaminate!! I had 2 pairs delaminate, complained and my replacement pair didn’t even fit properly, and also delaminated!! I’ve spoken with many other customers with the same experience… Absolute rubbish!
Brutal shipping and customer service
Brutal shipping and customer service. Ordered on July 4th and arrived today July 26th. A week after I ordered I received an email from “Jason” the founder of the company saying that due to large order volumes and a broken machine my order will be delayed…. When I questioned customer service, Kaylah told me that once the package is with their “trusted courier” DHL everything is out of their hands. I received a tracking number the day after this conversation. If your logistics provider dictates a large portion of your business, get a better one. I ordered these lenses for a trip and they came the day after I left. GARBAGE! Buy Oakley replacements and skip the headache. Looks like this place spent too much on marketing and not enough on operations, client care and logistics!
