Worst customer service in the industry, by far!

The shipping time to get just a single pair of lenses from Oregon to Arizona is as bad as I have ever seen in this industry. I went to chat and the customer service rep told me this is their busiest time of year, lol. Really? Even busier than the holidays? Really good product but the customer service is horrid, and thats being kind. I will not place another order with this company. The absolute worst customer service. They NEVER answer the phones, take days to respond to emails, and takes a week or more to even get a product shipped. If there was a space for ZERO stars I would have given Zero.

Great customer experience!

At this stage, I can only comment on my customer experience, not the product itself, as it has not been tested. My experience engaging with Revant has been very positive. When I had an issue with delivery, their communication and support was great and a solution reached promptly and efficiently. The parcel also arrived very well packaged.

Lenses delaminated.

Similar issue to several others. Lenses have delaminated making them unusable. Poor quality Oakley replacements.

Lenses are plastic and of low quality compared to original. Also a very close but don’t fit my sunglasses (even though I spent a long time making sure the model listed was correct)

Excellent service

I have read a few of the 1 star reviews and there are a few complaints about customer service. My experience was outstanding. Koi who I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and the best customer service experience I have had in months. The lenses are excellent and just as good as what my Ray Bans were like when I first purchased them. I will be back for more! Ray Ban Chromance lenses Thanks Lee

Incorrect replacement size lenses received twice.

I provided all the data located on my frame accurately but received replacement lenses which were too small. I returned the incorrect lenses after reverifying the frame data and including it with my lens return and received the same incorrect sized lenses. Tom Forde Order # 825245 Thanks .

very pleased. they work, they look good. be sure to identify your frames prior to ordering your lens. oakley have made a number variations to their half jackets and straight over the years.

Fair price, pretty quick shipping to NZ and instructional video on YouTube from them made switching the lenses safe and quick. Bit like insurance, you hope not to use them - but when you do, they're great!

Lenses came on time and quickly and were of high quality. Had issue getting the old ones out of the stiff Rayban frames and emailed them and they were quick to reply and even offered to pay if I needed to bring them into an optometrist to assist. Once in the frames the lenses seem of high quality and comfort. Great customer service, well priced.

Useless bubbled up, can't see

I ordered the revant optics lenses for my oakleys and after about 11 months both lenses bubbled up and now I can't see through them without major distortions, like looking through water droplets. They are useless now and when I requested the warranty replace them they denied me and said they were out of warranty because I called after 12 months and then they suggested I buy a more expensive pair from them at full price and they told me they were less likely to distort because they were more expensive. That is unacceptable, the pair they sold me should have been functional but they were not after 11 months of normal and careful use. Faulty product and no refund. I'll never recommend them.
