I would like to say that my ornament arrived in a hundred pieces. I followed the claim form on their website with no reply as to a replacement. I tried calling with no luck. With that said after I got a reply email back advising they were sending a replacement, it was quick and received in a couple of days. Customer service was amazing!

The ornaments were absolutely beautiful, as always with Old World Ornaments and one of the reasons that they are my favorite place to purchase ornaments and have been for at least the last decade.

I love the Old World Christmas ornaments. I have been buying one for each of our granddaughters each year and keeping them. I will give the ornaments to the girls at the time of their college graduation. Each year I write a note to each of the granddaughters explaining why I chose the ornament I did for that year!
