Shopping and ordering from the website is easy. They shipped my items pretty quickly. One of my ornaments arrived broken, and reporting the broken item was very easy. They offered replacement or refund, and I chose replacement. My only minor complaint was that my replacement wasn't processed for a month after the original report of the broken ornament.

Received a damaged ornament. Was replaced without a problem. Have bought these ornaments for years. We love them.

I just love all the ornaments i got quit a few of em. Special meanings to me. The ornaments are well packaged never disappointed.
