Zero stars!! I can't believe I've bothered to collect these for 15 years only to be screwed out of my money by them. The shipped one of 9 ornaments USPS. It got here just fine. They shipped the other 8 using "OnTrac" and claim they were delivered. They were NOT! WE have a doorbell cam. No doorbell let's, nothing on video. No package, period. What a scum bag organization, both of them. I will be taking legal action if my money is not refunded.

I always worry when I order fragile things like Christmas ornaments, as they have to be forwarded to me overseas, and I always fear for their safety. My fears were groundless. The individual ornaments were carefully wrapped in tissue and then bubble wrap (just the way I do when I tuck them away) and put in a shipping box in such a way that they could not jostle around. They arrived in perfect condition. I carefully choose my ornaments: they have to have special and sentimental meaning to go on my tree. I have some that are over 50 years old. While I don't expect to be around when my new ornaments turn 50, please know that I will cherish the ones you sent me for the rest of my life.
