I love these ornaments — so creative and beautifully made! The items that I ordered were shipped promptly, and were carefully and safely packaged.

I appreciated that each ornament was hand wrapped and placed in it's own box for transportation. Each ornament is perfect and just what I expected!

I had a large order and three of my ornaments arrived damaged. As soon as I reported the issue, I received notice that my replacements were being sent.

There is a large imperfection in the front of the hat. It doesn’t look good. After writing this initial review, the company contacted me and refunded my money. I appreciate this effort and will order from them again . Good customer service!
