Had an issue with delivery. Contacted customer service and they would not even work with us stating we have to have a safe place to deliver packages to so if we did not receive our approx $150 order, it was on us. We do have a safe place and did not have an issue with any other order all of Christmas (I ordred ALL gifts as I was disabled after surgery) except with their package because On-trac was late delivering and left the package at the top of the stairs in clear view instead of by the door where it would have been concealed. I do not recommend purchasing from this shop or you may lose your money.

I never received the ornament or a refund. It said "delivered".

The ornament holders are sturdy and well made. They held a lot of ornaments and were flexible so I could store varied sizes and shapes. Very happy with them.
