Never received my order and they ignore messages

Never received my order. Left me on read on social media. Delete your comments on their posts asking for help because your order never came. Emailed their help email. No reply. They are just flat out refusing to refund. I ordered some extras with the subscription and nothing. My order wasn't exactly cheap after I finished choosing the extra I wanted. Well for me with anyways just like many others who are suffering with their income due to the pandemic. I've contacted my bank who will attempt to do a charge back. They've advised if it doesn't go through to contact the ombudsman who will investigate as this is flat out stealing. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Do not buy from here

Ordered their Halloween range and they are way too small ordered a XL and used the measuring guide too and they are more a size 8-10 UK They say they have a UK warehouse. It took 3 weeks to get my order and the invoice said from Canada. Horrible company. I know people who have complained on social media and they just block you and don’t reply.

Absolutely disappointed in this company…

Absolutely disappointed in this company paid, and never received my order. Messed me about in emails and still haven't resolved my issue.

Absolutely bad quality, you might aswell just buy from a brand you know well because this is not saving you money.

If I could give them zero I would. The quality, designs and colours suck to say the least. I baby mine and they are still falling apart. Worst purchase bar none!

BAD BAD BAD!

If I could do no stars I would! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY AWFUL! They have no phone number and it's all through email. I have had to contact them a couple times then I just gave up and canceled my subscription! I saved the email that says that its canceled. Then THEY FREAKING CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN! I emailed support again and told them, with my email saying my account was canceled screenshot. Their response was, "we are sorry to see you go, here's the link to cancel your membership" REALLY! I KNOW HOW TO CANCEL, I JUST DID IT AND I SENT YOU THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE SUBSCRIPTION BEING CANCELED. Now I have to change my debit card number.

They are the worst..they shorted my order. I ORDERED 3 SETS AND THEY SENT ME 1. THEY have yet to correct the issue and their emails make no sense like english is their second language..Beware

Garbage for years

Garbage. Started in April, recieved cute but badly sewn and damaged items. Was told, no refunds. Eventually my packages stopped coming but charges kept going, because they won't give you support if you don't have an active sub, and if you cancel the sub you lose all support. So now I've been waiting since July and recieved nothing at all for three months. I keep getting the same crap auto email and after 21 emails back and forth have nothing to show. Going to PayPal for my refund because forget this crap. I lost my home and my job and can't afford to keep this up just to get what I paid for. Tried again in 2023. Still terrible quality. Barry lasts 3-4 washes. I keep having to pay extra to pick up my items at the post office despite paying for shipping with my order. It’s very hard it is to find affordable plus size underwear so I don’t really have anywhere else affordable to buy from so I’m stuck with them. Now three years after my initial review I got an email saying they’re going to delete it unless I can prove I was a customer! Lol!

Literally buy anywhere else

Thought it sounded fun and kind of cool but they were definitely cheap and when my second set arrived, I didn't get my order but a slip of paper saying I needed to spend more money to pick my order up. Hell no! It takes a ridiculously long time for customer service to get back to you, after almost a month of trying to figure this out they want proof of payment, just delaying my refund because why would they have shipped me my items if I didn't pay for them. Absolutely ridiculous, don't buy from this company!!!

Unfortunately awful

So far it's awful. I did get my first order but they were damaged. I reached out through email and there was nothing for over a week. So now I tried through Facebook and they wouldn't help me or answer my questions. It was like talking to an automated machine. I went to their site and I found out I can't even cancel my subscription if I want help, fantastic policy. They also have a policy where you only have 5 days to contact them if you receive a damaged item. I'm glad other people have enjoyed their orders but it's the kind of company where if you run into a problem you are screwed, and it looks like by the reviews that unfortunately a lot of people have.
