The sell the returns rubbish Items companies

I spent a lot of time and money with John Pye, but I think it's time to stop because a lot of products broken,, damaged,, missing pieces, rong product etc etc,, I had too many times a realy bad experience with John Pye,, really sorry

I bought Karcher pressure washer that didn't work at all with a rattling noise inside as if there there were parts that come off. I contacted the company for a refund only to be ignored. This is my second bad product that I bought from them. I advise anyone not to buy any second hand products as they will most likely be defective.

Bought items that were completely different to the description then got told it’s my fault because we should expect them to not work/be different? They also suggested I brought a microwave meal, after I paid for it, to an auction to test if the microwave worked; only to find I got conned.

Listed a box of antennas and posted stock photos for the first two pictures. The third picture showed what looked like the box to be full of antennas. Underneath the very well spread out layer of antennas was a box full of absolute junk. Pill boxes, broken candles, pin boards and bags. When raised with customer service was told "It was a quantity of antennas". Separate issue, I have received an invoice for an item I didn't bid on. When I contacted them, they didn't even look into it, but told me I am responsible. Won't use them ever again.

I bought few times couple items boxed looking unopened and every item(box) was damaged or had missing parts. They will say again that you have the responsibility to check the boxes 📦 but the Auctioneers can make photos inside each one and check if is complete or in working condition. Otherwise you just selling rubbish nicely packed. Waste of money and I'm disgusted by this John pye crap.
