Containers arrived damaged, cracked and broken as they were just in padded Jiffy bags. Didn’t have time to return for replacement as I was meeting the person I bought them for within the week

Excellent customer service. They reply to emails within a day. Of the two items I ordered, one was not in stock. I didn't want to wait. They agreed to refund the item that was not in stock and posted out the other item to me immediately. This is the way customer service should be :)
