If it would let me I would have put 0. Ordered 8/1/21. Told me what I ordered was out of stock so asked if I minded waiting until stock came in 30/1/21 I said that was fine. 8/2/1 item shipped only to have sent the wrong item. Told me return would be £2-£3 and they would refund me. Would only have 2nd class tracked which cost me £7. I was told once I sent them tracking number they would ship the correct item. I emailed as they had not said they’d shipped and now 19/2/21 they are saying I now have to wait until 25/2/21 for my order as they are out of stock again. I will not be ordering from them again. This is horrible customer service and I have never had to go through so much trouble for an order before.
