Super disappointing. Ordered 24h express delivery - 6 days later and it hasn't arrived. Contacted customer service who claimed the product wasn't in stock when I ordered (I spoke with them over the phone 2 days after ordering and they did not mention this then but rather guaranteed prompt delivery next working day). The product never showed and Shytobuy did not own up to their mistake in the end - so I asked them to cancel and refund order. Terrible and manipulative customer service. Will not order from them again.

The product was sent by Royal Mail and requiring a signature or collection from Post Office so it was secure. However, I am not sure if Emuaid Max is worth the money and whether it really is the cure for toe nail fungus. I could possibly use cheaper products like Vicks, coconut oil and tea tree oil and get the same results.

The service was so good from ordering the wrong product to sending it back getting a refund and getting the correct item took 6 days which I consider excellent
