First time I've used Hippity and very happy throughout.

Love my new collar, haven't actually put it on the dog yet but it's beautiful - love the material, it looks and feels really well made, it's the kind of material that can cope with being submerged regularly in mud & water, very pleased with it. Also arrived packaged up beautifully!
