I would put 0 stars if i could! After 3 weeks hippity still not had shipped my order (playing cards). They don’t reply to my emails. I have paid for nothing! No shipping, no refund! No email support! I will report them Please, avoid hippity at all costs! Save your money!

I still have received my order, I can't really judge my experience but apart for the review I haven't heard from Hippity so I don't even know whether my order is on its way or not.

Can’t wait to give this at christmas

Simple to order. Quick to post out and recieved in perfect condition due to the great packaging. And no plastic in sight! The mugs were exactly what how they looked on line and the texture and depth of the glazes is beautiful. Had to give them a good wee wash before using as they were a bit dusty (more cardboard residue than anything) Overall beautiful little mugs that hold about 200/240ml of coffee Will hopefully purchase more in future.

Great service, items arrived well packaged (I ordered 2 jigsaws and some chocolate) and really quickly. Will definitely shop with them again.
