Eenvoudig betrouwbaar

Niet op tijd en er worden kosten berekend zonder bewijs aan te kunnen leveren. Schijnbaar heeft de chauffeur 30 minuutjes moeten wachten en worden wij belast voor €30,- Van alle chauffeurs hoor ik altijd dat wachten erbij hoort, dit is erg raar. Quicargo bied ook geen oplossing hiervoor aangezien wij ook hebben staan wachten. Jammer…

Je kan niet bellen, antwoord via mail blijft te lang uit. Ophaling is niet op tijd opgehaald volgens de modaliteiten. Ook geen excuses noch enige tegemoetkoming in deze.

Wat een uitvinding dit bedrijf! Super duidelijke planning en ook nog eens prettig geprijsd en goed voor het milieu!

Never use! Very bad experience! Wants to charge without the service even used ! Requested an international transport for 1500 kg worth of 750k. After emailing the agent Latisha -I got that the following response : "Before a carrier accepts the order from the platform we cannot confirm the delivery date. Also, we never promise dates beforehand as any thing can happen in transport- for example: delay, traffic issues or sickness.For international shipments this is even more difficult to promise, long story short > it is a 50/50 chance" The cancelation policy indicated free cancelation before 12h the day prior pick up. They have confirmed the booking at 15:30 PM so after the possibility to cancel on the platform even. No confirmation until very last moment , no responsibility and definitely not professional on the phone.

Bad experience with this transport broker. They have absolutely no say in what the chosen transport company does. I had 2 cases where the shipped boxes where clearly opened upon delivery and 1 box was missing content as well. I filed a claim and it was rejected because their reasoning was I wasn't supposed to ship fragile goods. I stated that in the order which was accepted and now apparently they do not ship fragile goods!! The claim has also nothing to do with the goods being fragile. The boxes were opened and content was missing. Quicargo is an absolutely unreliable company pretending to know what they are doing and making false promises during the order process. Another nonsense reason for rejection to our 2nd shipment I received today. It's rejected because the claim was filed to the courier 7 days after delivery. However, I filed the claim the same day of delivery because the client informed me right away so Quicargo sat on the claim for longer than 7 days. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
