Slechte service als het gaat om pallets. nooit pallet terug gekregen, te vaak gebeld ook naar de vervoerder maar geen reactie!!

o First of all I find the rates of QC excellent for Germany only. Because in the beginning we had a very friendly visit in order to get our account. Once we started using the given rate a few months later it was raised, Communicating is touch and go, sometimes better, there are times that are a little bit better and sometimes worse! Customers particularly in Germany are complaining that their shipment would just be left behind without signed received by them. There were those who are requesting that due to unforeseen circusmtances to call them first but that didn't happen rather their goods will be left behind even in the rain! There was a time that shipment to Germany got lost and took more than 3 weeks when it was delivered without compensation in QC part.

We choose Quicargo because they advertise that they are a specialist in delivering to Zalando. But 5 out of the 6 delliveries that they did for us where to late. The longest delay was 1 month. They would contact us to compensate us but instead they blammed the subcontracter and we could contact him if we wanted to receive a compensation.

Inzicht in de prijs vooraf is geweldig. Goed bereikbare en vriendelijke klantenservice.
