Neither scooter lasted 9 months after purchase
I honestly can’t give these scooters more than one star. We bought 2 of them last Christmas. The first one snapped clean in half. In fairness to the company they did refund me. I asked the organisation if this is a common issue given I had bought two and still had one at home that my daughter was using. I didn’t get a response to that question and the second one is now broken. Neither scooter made it to 9 months after purchase. Both are only used for going in and out of school, no stunts etc. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Faulty product and they wouldn't provide any replacements. They asked me to measure my own skates to find a replacement part for my skates and search for the piece on their store. They don't know the compatible pieces for their most popular freeskate 😳 Had to order in a new piece from abroad with shipping because skatepro didn't have any. I made the claim within 24 months of purchasing the product and they never helped me with the issue or reimbursed the replacement. Won't be buying from Skatepro again. Prices are ok but I'd rather have reliability. edit: My response to skatepros message below. I have reached out to you on two separate occasions with my order number and got no help. Would you like me to put my order number in this trustpilot review so you can find my case through the review? If someone is reading this review, just know that skatepro still hasn't helped me, even after responding to me on trustpilot. My order number is 3648362 if you want to contact me Update: After giving skatepro my order number here they contacted me over the phone and they're still not giving me replacement parts for the broken pieces. Update 2: (because skatepro keeps editing their response and not helping me) I already know which axle it is, it is an adjustable rocker axle compatible with the frx 80s. I have bought my own replacement in the past. I don't need to measure it and why do you need me to measure it when you have them in stock? Just check it yourself. Here, this is a website with them if you don't know how to check [locoskates/products/seba-fr-x2r-rocker-axle]. Maybe it would have been a good idea to bundle a few of these with the defective products you are selling since these outer axles break much easier than the inner axles. Axles are supposed to be removable so you can flip the wheels. What's the point having an adjustable rocker that breaks when you try to adjust it? Your representative told me over the phone that these products have a lifespan and are expected to break. The fact is, 3 out of 4 of my adjustable rocker axles have broken and 0 out of 4 inner axles are broken. They are fine. When I remove axles I take all of them off, so the rocker axles have been removed the same amount of times as the inner ones. The adjustable rockers are a complete gimmick that break incredibly easily. You should have provided a drill with the product to remove the axle too since you expect them to break
