Great experience without a doubt!! We only had an issue with the access code the second day but called the office and was resolved fast, I think you guys need to be more clear on the number of occupants. Overall It was a great stay and hope to book again. Thanks

Cool cabin , great location, fast service. Everything was great.

We rent with Cool Cabins every year (this was our second time this winter) and we always have a great time. This time I was a little disappointed. Our rental was a pet friendly rental with a game area and a backyard (for our toddler and dog to play in) which was super exciting because we were heading up from San Diego to celebrate my dear friend’s birthday. (Me & my husband, our toddler, and our dog.) Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered that the air hockey table was broken (did not turn on) and the backyard was FULLY SCATTERED with rotten fallen apples so neither my dog nor my son could go back there and play and the front yard was on a busy corner so they couldn’t play in the front yard area either. The house was nice. And the jacuzzi was nice after a long day on the mountain (but toddlers and dogs can’t be in a jacuzzi.) so we were bummed that we paid so much for a rental with amenities that in actuality weren’t available. 😔

The cabin was very spacious and well equipped, we had a great time.

Check in process has become faster and more efficient. Since we did not have to go the the office we were able to go to the cabin and settle in before dark. Cabin was clean and cozy with no non issues so we could enjoy the stay without worrying about reporting anything. Overall follow the guidelines and you should have a wonderful trip.

The communication was fast and clear. The check-in was in 5 minutes, and they answered my doubts related to the booking
