I did a review upon checkout, but maybe that was with a different platform. Everyone was fantastic and being able to go straight to the cabin was a phenomenal service. Thanks for accommodating us.

The check in process is much more convenient now. Everything was super clean and a lot of entertainment for kids. Had an amazing time.

The company had to cancel our original cabin selection only days before check-in, but the alternative cabin turned out great! Everything was in good working order and the beds were very comfortable. The rental company was quick to reply to any questions during check-in. We had a very positive experience.

This is my second time using Cool Cabins for my getaway stay and they continue to exceed my expectations! The Big Bear cabin I selected was perfect, just as described on their site and seamless process to check in/out. My family and I had a magical time!

I like the cabins, but my observation is the Tv is to small and is for games not for watches a movie no good for our family because we don’t have a night family. You need to put a better TV. On this cabin, and I see to many bees in the room, we kills the bees. You need to clean up better.

As my previous comment and emailed. The house cabin is a beautiful cabin, unfortunately the housekeeping was not at its top priorities. Cabin was too dusty (window blinds, sofas, furniture tables and accessories) kitchen countertops were wipe down but not clean as it had dry food of previous guests. Stove as well…Base boards throughout very dusty and sliding door curtains. Cobwebs on lighting fixtures. Bathrooms looked wiped down but not cleaned with product to disinfect.

The cabin was clean and nicely decorated with a lot of little knick-knacks that added to the experience. The couches and beds were comfortable. The back yard was larger than we expected and our Border Collie loved to run around from top to bottom and side to side exploring. The only problem we had was that the microwave oven stopped working, but after a call to the office, it was replaced with a new one within a couple of hours. We would pick this cabin again for another visit.
