A Happy customer ! Have ordered from HB several times now and am very satisfied with the quality of the meat as well as the delivery service. The 10% when you order more than £100 couple with the free delivery service makes HB very worthwhile. My latest £101 order covered 6 delicious family meals, considerably better value than other online halal sites I've visited.

Horrible meat

Horrible meat! The fat wasn’t cleaned properly and hence left the dish extra oily. How can others find this acceptable?

We have placed an order on … 18/04/2017

We have placed an order on recommendation of fellow muslim doctor in the northern ireland. He received his order for free and i have received a call that it will charge me 40 to 45 £. Obviously i will not take it as can get it for free from mullaco. Can't comment on quality, but their online site and shiping need some measure improvement.

Required necessity!

Perfect for the person who is busy with more important issues rather than spend a weekend doing meat shopping. All produce is conveniently packed in freezable packaging, delivery time was specified to my requirements and added bonus..... Meat was butchered to perfection - 5 star service!

Great quality meat, poor delivery service!

Delivery window for our meat order was between 8am to 8pm! Not very practical. Delivery was via UPS. They unfortunately tried to deliver when we were out. Instead of leaving it with a neighbour (which they could have easily done), took it to a delivery point for us to collect. They didn't advise where out of the 8 or so delivery points they left it! Haji Baba were unable to help! I then had to phone around and eventually found the store UPS left it in. I was then able to go and collect it. Sadly won't be ordering online again as using UPS isn't practical at all. It was more stress then it's worth. Good idea but not sure how long it'll work if they use UPS.

Not good staff

I been a few times to your branch at Asda Hayes and the service is very poor and the staff are ignorant and have customers waiting even thou they doing nothing. The quality if meat over rated but meat is ok but your much more expensive compared to local halal meat shops. Why should i pay more money for what i can get cheaper down the road..
