Please read below the final email sent to this fraudulent company. Please note since I have spoken to them they replied from an email address of HR department, lol I was wondering if I have ever applied for a job there 😅. ((I just spoke to you that the order of lamb was booked for qurbani. To my surprise the collection is on 2nd August 2020, which means me and family will have no qurbani on eid. On website during the booking misleading information was provided. I requested you to provide me an in-house complaint procedure, still waiting for it. In addition to this i noticed that there is no reply to my emails.  I therefore request you to refund me the full amount to my bank accountno.......... you have taken the money from my card so it was not appropriate to ask me to providee you with my account details.  As I mentioned to you that I will take this matter further to let the people know about this scam.  Your deceiving information has left me and my family in a vulnerable situation that in this crucial time we can't even order the qurbani from another place.  You have kept us away from a religious practice, which happens once a year. You were informed that I will put a review with an order reference number for the general public to view and be aware of this fraudulent company.))) Regards

Ordered boneless meat but they hid the meat with bones under a layer of boneless. Name is hajibaba but no respect for Islamic teachings

Worst service ever. I ordered meat online and they sent me a rotten meat parcel. I have tried to call and email them several times but their customer service is that bad that no one even have that curtsy to reply or respond to my complain. Will never recommend anyone !

Would give 0 stars if I could, fraudulent company do not buy from them, take your money and do not ship order and claim your order has slipped through the system, customer service is atrocious spoke to an ‘Adeel’ who was by far the rudest ‘customer service agent’ I have ever come across. Their delivery charge is also extortionate just steer clear and spend your money elsewhere

Prices are higher than local butchers, which absorbs the "Free Deliver" charge. Chicken with option of being cut arrived whole Chicken breast with option of being cut arrived as whole breast pieces. Lamb with option of cutting into small pieces arrived in large pieces. No response to any form of communication. Caution - They may not adhere to your chosen delivery date - with order arriving early (so no space in freezer) or vary late.

ABSOLUTELY VILE! I urge potential customers to stay well clear of this fraudulent company! My order never arrived, I tired emailing (they do not have a reachable email) and calling (always goes to the answerphone) multiple times and got no reply! They are nothing but thieves, I can assure you most of the online 5 star reviews are probably fake! Save yourself the money and hassle DO NOT order!
