I recently purchased a Thermo Comfort Heat Pad. Wonderful service from this company with the product arriving promptly. Unfortunately the Heat Pad wasn't warm enough for what I required and at first I thought it might be a fault with the product. After discussing my concerns on the telephone, I visited the Optomo office at Underwood. Here I discovered by testing a couple of other ones, that my unit wasn't faulty and this was the maximum temperature. Unfortunately, as it wasn't warm enough for my requirements, I returned the product and Optomo immediately processed a refund. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from this company as I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful.
