I was really surprised how quickly my order came. I ordered just before I left hospital and it was here the day I got home. The pedals were easy to assemble too. The only negative is that I would like to use them with bare feet but the pedals are too uncomfortable, especially the bit on the outer edge where that thingy pokes through. Even with socks... I have given a four or 3 1/2 but with improved comfort definitely a 5.

I have had quick reliable response to any order i have put in to Optomo.

My mother, who has chronic pain, needed to replace her heat pad that had stopped working. The brand she used was no longer available in Australia so we had to find an alternative that was similar in function. I was able to find one that matched her requirements on their website and for a decent price. At the time of ordering it was said to be out of stock and to be coming on a certain date (date was written). That date was acceptable so we ordered. The device we received was everything she needed. It worked in relieving her of pain. So I do like the products they sell. The only problem is that is was delayed a second time after purchase by about 2 or 3 weeks. So while I may have not been pleased with this delay, they did send me an email with an apology and giving a new expected date of arrival. So I would say their customer support is good too.

Happy with product different option for my issues

I'm so pleased with the heat pad, it really helps with my painful back, The big plus is I dont have to get out of bed like 3 times a night to heat the bean bag. I like that it stops after 2 hours use, if needed I can just switch it back on. Pity the slip cover isn't more secure, it slips off frequently.
