The Optomo website stated the backrolls were Robin McKenzie brand. When I received the backroll it was Bizzi Bitz brand and useless. They have charged me McKenzie prices and sent a useless much inferior brand. I only buy McKenzie brand as it is the best. I have now gone to another website and ensured they only have McKenzie. An expensive lesson. I also took the google insurance but of course they do not want to know.

I ordered a couple of products separately because I didn't realise they were available more cheaply as a bundle. Optomo promptly sent me the bundle and refunded me the difference in price. They were quick, very courteous and considerate. I couldn't ask for more.
