I was trying to find a support item for my husband as a medical company in NSW had taken our money and let us down. I found Optomo on the net and used the chat window, on the site to ask for advice about products. It was amazing to find no automated responses and a person who actually took the time to go and look at stock. They we like walking into a 16960's store where tjhe customer service was paramount. On top of that the prices were good and the item was delivered to me, in another state very quickly. I have already started recommending Optomo to others.

The electrical heat pad has made it so easy for me,if I need it, I just turn it on, the heat is constant it relieves the muscle spasms and eases the pain. It is so much better than the wheat pack as that would lose heat very quickly, I am very happy with the product.

No problems whatsoever, fast delivery and at a good price.
