I ordered the Heat Pad - this is the 2nd one I ordered - very happy with the first and wanted one for the lounge room when my father is sitting in the chair. I ordered it in the afternoon and the parcel was on my door step first thing the next morning - extremely impressed with the service and very happy with the Heat Pad.

I purchased a heat pad, which was good quality but didnt suit the very specific injury/ailment I needed it for. Just contacted them and they were fine for the item to be returned with my justification. They processed the refund really quickly. Very happy with their service provision.
