We have been using their services to form a Singapore company, which came with an accounting package. However, the experience has been extremely problematic, characterized by: Incorrect advice that could potentially result in our business being shut down due to massive taxation mistakes and fines. Filings made at the last minute. A lack of responsiveness, with our concerns shuffled between people rather than addressed. Unexplained charges on our account. Consistently overpromising capabilities and underdelivering on services. A terrible mobile/web account user experience (disappearing messages, no search functions, etc.). We have finally freed ourselves from feeling captive to their poor service, but the mere mention of their name still induces frustration. I strongly advise against considering choosing OSOME as your accounting/formation agent in Singapore, as it could lead to disastrous financial and legal consequences for your business.

I had the pleasure of working with Onome, an account expert from Osome Accounting software company, and I must commend her exceptional communication skills. Throughout our interactions, Onome proved to be phenomenal, providing prompt and clear assistance. While the service offered by Osome is undoubtedly top-notch, I couldn't help but notice that the package was slightly more expensive than some competitors. As a representative of Wali's Paradise Limited, I acknowledge that there might be other factors contributing to this pricing that we are not aware of. However, in terms of the primary requirements, the service is on the pricier side. Despite the cost factor, the outstanding service and communication skills demonstrated by Onome have made the overall experience positive. I would recommend Osome Accounting for those who prioritize excellent service and are willing to invest a bit more for it.

This is my second one star review of Osome. Where do I start: Osome submitted my personal tax information last year and our new accountants have requested information several times and we have had zero responses. I have sent over 10+ emails since November (2/3 months) and had ZERO RESPONSE How hard is it to provide information on my personal tax submission which you did? They are incompetent at best and borderline fraudulent at worst. I need this information for my personal tax submission and Osome are failing to respond and reply to any of our emails. I have literally copied in about 7 different people from their company and had ZERO response from anyone. Maybe if I keep leaving 1 star reviews they will pull their finger out their butt and give me the information that has been requested - Then I can be finally done with this joke of a company! 💩

I've been using Osome's services for a while now and I can say that the service has been fantastic. The team led by Gerda, their accounting expert, has been super knowgeable and immensly helpful. Great service and great team to work with including all previous teams worked with as well during our time using Osome's services. I would defintaley recommend their services.
