Khalifa Sheikh was very helpful and patient walking me through the sign up process, even though I had hiccups on my end. So far so good, he clearly explained exactly what I would be getting, prices, terms, etc.

I previously provided reviews on this platform and was told that a representative would soon contact me. However, five days have since passed without any communication from your team. I haven’t received a phone call, an email, or even a response through your chatbot. I’m pretty sure the payment went through and i got enough ghosting from tinder, i don’t need it from you. Well I’m gonna keep reviews here because frankly I’m only getting response from Osome here.

Provided me with wrong information when founding. Office supports only with basic tasks. Staff changing frequently and does not seem to be very qualified. The communication with the accounting is frustrating and extreme time consuming, for example the same documents are requested again and again. Communication *only* with chat. They use their own document storage which is confusing and shows me complete wrong values for profit/loss. Update: I will quit after term finished.

Been with Osome for over two years and just signed up for another package with a new company. Khalif made onboarding super smooth. Honestly, Osome could make a lot of improvements with their organisation and platform automations. But they always get the job done, the people there are really friendly and conscientious, and it's great value for money for a small business.

Complete Scammers, after 2 year of paying for service I have never received they left me without reply for 3 months because they changed the account manager without letting me know and now that is more than 1 month that I am asking for some documents they changed again living me without any response and just taking time to take my money. Be careful on the accounting service you use these are: - Really expensive -Super unprofessional - lack of knowledge - and you end up doing their job. It is a week I am trying to figure out with them but they do not reply. I will update this review once I will have news about this crazy situation.

Choosing Osome was the biggest mistake in business. I was dumb enough to do it twice and stay for two years. Please do yourself a favor and research their competitors, what you find will shock you. Osomes prices are EXTREMELY higher than any of the competition. What's worse is that their service is appalling. The prices that you see advertised on their website is not what you actually pay. Dont be fooled by their fancy marketing. They are worse than used car salesman, and will pressure you into paying for stuff thats not required. If ever you need any help, good luck because a simple thing like asking for help to open a bank account will cost you thousands of dollars, with no guarantee of any service. For most of their services, you have to pay yearly but try to get anything out of them and you will be disappointed. Take my advice, if you want your business to succeed and if you want an accounting agency thats a partner you can trust, you are definitely in the wrong place
