Basically you have to do all their work and they just submit documents. Also they claim to have experience in your industry to incorporate your company, even if they do not. They can not set up/ support a bank account (except for name dropping… google helps…) opening, they even do not have the knowledge what are the criteria and therefore who is eligible and who not…

Terrible service. What should have taken them a single day took them three whole weeks. Back and forth back and forth many documents passed and no action from their side. Horrible service - utter incompetence. PS: Emailed their team a week ago, got no response. Deplorable service. PS2- DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Great sales pitch. Paid money.... not herd anything since. My previous accountant was not much more expensive and was in constant contact for onboarding. Basically you pay for the platform to do it all yourself is what I have figured so far! Update. I asked them to register me for VAT. They took a payment of £50 for the service in early jan. At the end of jan I was told that the VAT application was submitted on the 18th of Jan. Its now the 5th Feb and I start getting contacted by a "VAT specialst from Osome" about how they need to start my VAT application. Once again OSOME lets me down and causes me stress! Many of the other reviews look fake when I compare my experience.

After a couple of failed businesses, I was really insecure about my knowledge and understanding of tax and accounting. Luckily I came across Osome, and their name is very very fitting as the help I received relieved all of my worries about launching another business. Khalifa was so knowledgeable about every area of all things tax and accounting related, he answered all of my questions in detail and in a way that I could understand. He was patient and kind and really nice to talk to. I’m so grateful to this company and I can’t wait to be onboarded! Such great prices too!
