I bought a bookkeeping service from Osome and they simply ignore your requests after they charge you. I have transactions that happened a month ago and they haven't processed them. Any other accounting service better than Osome. It is a complete disappointment.

I am using osome.I feel never comfortable to be informed accountant matter. One of employ from osome called me to explain about accounting. But she has big accent in her English and never understood what she wanted to inform me. If osome wants to do business as world wide. They should have English Native Speaker. It will be supper dangerous to have like people who speak English with big bad accent.

These folk are real service providers. I've been down some painful roads in the past, overpaying for a terrible service, so this has been a real breath of fresh air. Onboarding was smooth and since then I've found the team to be proactive, responsive and knowledgable. I feel confident that they have the accounting/bookkeeping side of my business in hand. Amazing. Osome has and will save incredible amounts of time. Our book keeping, VAT records and financials have all moved digital with easy access and translation to real-time business data. Mir has been fantastic and gone well beyond what I would say first class in customer service. His been so helpful to get everything together including all the book keeping services whilst been on hand every step of the way to ensure tasks were completed all in due time. I couldn't recommend enough and I will be bringing onboard my other two companies.

For a company that provides professional services, their domain knowledge and their approach to confidentiality is downright non-existent. 1. Does not understand the Singapore Companies Act. Does not know how to properly rebalance shareholding percentage. In fact, they asked our company directors to do it in a way that was basically non-compliant. Our investor was so pissed of that in the middle of a discussion about closing, the investor told the company that we needed to fire this corp sec. Otherwise, they don't think they can trust our records to be managed properly. 2. I don't know how they are managing the moving of files at the back end. But when I had the time to go into my files to go through every single (because we were going through corporate due diligence), I found a different company's files IN MY FOLDER. Now, I have no assurance that MY Company's files have not been saved INCORRECTLY in other people's folders. This is a confidentiality / privacy disaster. Frankly, if it weren't such a pain, I would file a complaint against them to the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. These guys' licenses and permits should be suspended until all of their customer service team members pass the chartered corp sec tests.

Great service from Taimur. Answered all my questions on a free consultation call. Didnt hold back as it was free and gave me really good advice. Definitely recommend their services.
