I have been working with the Osome team for more than 6 months - very happy with service and quality of work. Have moved not just one business over - but a number... If you are small business this is the place to be - you will save time and night sleep.

Summary: Avoid at all costs. Get a regular accountant. You don't need this headache in your life - trust me. Osome initially asked me to leave a review 3 months after signing up. At that point, they were clearly trying to keep me happy. After I gave them 5 stars, their service declined rapidly. It started with small things (slow replies, a few mistakes here and there, etc) but after 15 months using them, I can confidently say that this has been one of the biggest headaches for our company. They're clearly understaffed, negligent, and don't seem to care very much about delivering a reliable service. They filed our accounts late, which resulted in us getting fined over £500. They tried to appeal the fine, but as part of it they asked us to sign a letter essentially lying to HMRC about a mistake that they made. They've also made mistakes with our payroll filings, resulting in fines and interest payments being due, not to mention hours and hours and hours of my time wasted. I like to think I'm open-minded and I like to support start-ups that are trying to innovate. If their services improve I'd be happy to update this review. For the time being however, my advice would be to PLEASE STAY CLEAR.

I was really impressed by Taimur professional approach, services knowledge and friendly attitude. I particularly like his striving style to hook me up for the company's services. All my queries were promptly addressed and other practical options were offered as well. I wish him all the best and more success in the near future.
