Lovely customer service. Sorted out a problem swiftly and politely. Unfortunately your courier let you down,several of my replacement flowers were delivered broken and damaged due to the treatment of the courier, even the support stick was snapped! I realise this isn't your fault, but perhaps a choice of courier would be good.
