my dad Loves orchids and when he received this he was over the moon with it. there was at least 12 flowers and 4 buds waiting to flower. this flower was delivered in great condition would recommend this company to all my friends, really worth the money

My wife was so delighted to see that she had a surprise gift. She suspected it was an orchid and was thrilled to see that it was, as she began to open it up. Imagine then, her surprise and crushing disappointment to see at least half the flowers fallen off one of the stems. Compared to a similar orchid received just under a month ago with the same packaging which was totally intact this was a significantly worse specimen. It wasn't just a case of the flowers falling off the stems the suckers were a raggedy too.

Excellent service, notified that item I wanted was unavailable and suggested a similar replacement which was dearer but they would waiver the extra cost. Quality of the plant (orchid)I received was great.
