I placed an order for an assortment of gold and silver coins, and some silver bars then awaited being contacted with payment logistics. I did miss a phone call from them soon after I submitted my order, but no voice mail was left. I tried calling back a couple of times but I got a recording for leaving a message. I tried the online chat, and then finally an e-mail to get the shipping info. I got a call back about 24 hours after submitting the order, and it appears that their e-mail system failed to send me the e-mail with next steps. Once I finally talked to someone, everything after that went flawlessly and I am happy with my metals now. The package arrived USPS and was meticulously packed. No box damage was going to let those coins loose. I would do business again, giving the benefit of the doubt that their new notification system hit a 1 time glitch.
