easy-to-use website. Kept informed of delivery times and items arrived promptly. I had a slight issue with one of the items and this was dealt with with very promptly and helpfully within hours. I notice you have to pay for returns which would deter me from trying new styles (fit?), but overall I would recommend this company and will have no hesitation in using them again.

Awful. Ordered a pair of wellies but never received them. Paid £6 next day delivery for nothing. I contacted Royal Mail who was due to be delivering but they hadn’t received parcel from Blunts. No order number or tracking number could be found. I then tried to contact Blunts but no number or response to my emails? Demanded a refund but still haven’t received one:) robbing sods if you ask me. Wouldn’t recommend at all, just a nightmare for the sake of a pair of wellies lol.
