9 days in transit with no update whatsoever?

Shipment Details # TGG4030GB46707493801CUSTOMS CLEARED 200 BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GB -no update whatsoever after 26th Jan ? It was supposed to be at destination long ago! Update: The order was already supposed to be at destination and instead it is still in UK from weeks ago. This has nothing to do with the delays in NZ. It is already way past the "8 days" transit you mention.

Horrible experience. PUB1170GB06904617501 , 1020188003554420180109 I did my purchase on 25.01.2021 and is stuck in site scan and didn't move from Venlo for 4 days. Very disappointed indeed. You are terribleeeeeee......

Spedizione M4 620277520, mi arriva la mail (e vedo che non sono stata l'unica) che dice che il mio indirizzo non è stato trovato (cavolate, mi consegnano OGNI GIORNO). Ora non so come contattare P2P perchè non rispondono alle mail e non richiamano se mandi un messaggio per farti richiamare, praticamente ho perso i miei soldi e sono molto amareggiata. Servizio penoso, vorrei scrivere solo insulti.

Packages never arrive at distribution center

We occasionally ship things with TrakPak from the Netherlands to European countries. In most cases the orders literally get lost before they even get to the distribution center (in Venlo). Highly unreliable service and we switched all our European shipping to a different company. Impossible to work with this company.

What a horrible courier

What a horrible courier. Very incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use your company. It’s been 39 days and I have not received my parcel. I have to contact cult beauty and PostNL for my order however it’s stuck with you guys. On the tracking app it’s keeps updating that “ Delivery date rebooked by consingee “ while I have not been contacted by any one. Can my parcel by delivered on Saturday. Scusate, mi arrivato una email da GLS per la consegna del pacco oggi ,pero come è possibile che mettono il nome della via e non il numero civico, quindi ancora niente che arriva il mio pacco. Ho fatto il corriere per anni e quando i pacchi non hanno il numero civico tornano dal mittente. Adesso si torna indietro come faccio a recuperare i miei soldi. Mio cellulare 3297728412. Grazie
