My package is stuck in Venlo

My package is stuck in Venlo for couple days. It was supposed to be Christmas gift, I ordered it before December and now I don't know when it's going to be delivered. The tracking number is HUT1860GB36199052401, would be grateful for some info.

ORDERED ALMOST A MONTH AGO!

Tracking GE1675902466NL ordered November 18th. No movement since November 23rd. Why has the package been held up in Venlo for so long? It's been almost a month and no one can give me any answers. Any insight would be much appreciated.

My order hasn’t moved for the past 5 days… My order hasn’t moved since the 10th and is still in the Fedex cross border process center, BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GB. My delivery date from the retailer was by the 21st- of December but I can’t see that happening now as stated before the item hasn’t moved from the process center. Can this please be looked at to see what the issue is? BRI1850GB08095614801 FIC tracking number.

My order hasn’t moved since the 10th and is currently in the Fedex cross border process centre, BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GB. My delivery date from the retailer was between the 15th-20th of December but I can’t see that happening now as stated before the item hasn’t moved from the process centre. Can this please be looked at to see what the issue is? HUT1860GB14855710501 Order number. Additional order number 1S0000786269 Edit; I received my items today and everything was fine. The communication was very slow to start but then was fast and up to date. Everything was delivered in time and in pristine condition.

Pessima esperienza, ho contattato la sede GLS di Rho, la quale mi ha detto che i miei pacchi sono stati rubati e quindi di contattare il mittente per il rimborso. Sono davvero inorridito dal servizio di questa compagnia di spedizioni, è inaccettabile che vengano rubati dei pacchi e che la notizia venga trattata con tale leggerezza visto che ora io dovrò fare i salti mortali per ottenere il rimborso. I don’t understand one bit, I’m seeing that this package number HUT1860GB91851177701 from Lookfantastic was sent out since 30th November “ departed THG” was the status And 11th December it’s been at “ FEDEX CROSS BORDER PROCESS CENTRE 198 BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GB” What’s going on pls ? Like where exactly is this item ? After the 20th I’ll have moved out of the shipping address and country so I don’t know what both your shipping company and Lookfantastic want me to do at this point Update: the items were finally delivered yesterday after what felt like ages of chasing them around like some toddlers! They suddenly started communicating more about parcel location the day it arrived Ireland ! I mean what happened to doing this from the Jump?? Will I be shopping again from them? Absolutely not! Something about first impression and this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. UPDATE: item was delivered successfully
