P2P took my order ( HUT1860GB44598263301 ) from lookfantasic the 28th of november and supposed to come to my adress (53024 Siena Italy) by the 9th of December. But never came. When i search for my order It takes me to the FedEx site and when i search for it there Is no information. Please help me i Need to have It before the 20th of December .

It was supposed to arrive two weeks ago and the last update says that my package is still in fedex cross border process centre which means you never shipped it to the destination.. and now again the second package number HUT1860GB44619739501 EH006516530NL that Cultbeauty sent via you is still in fedex cross border process centre.. I will not buy again from UK retailers that ship to the Bosnia and Herzegovina by Fedex Cross Border/P2P Trakpak.. Please tell me what is happening with my packages ?why are they not moving at all ? why is not sent already ? L’indirizzo era chiaro, ho ricevuto tutti gli aggiornamenti regolari fini a questa mattina. Vedo che è un problema che si ripete. E non riesco a tracciare il mio ordine su gls.
