FedEx tracking says that they have not received my package, but it says that it was transferred to partner carrier. I need this package by Oct. 8th and would like to pay for expedited shipping if possible. However, since FedEx does not have my package, I cannot. But it says my package was transferred to the partner carrier. I have called FedEx and they told me to contact the shipper because they don't have my package. Please help me.
