I placed my order almost 2 months ago through Zavvi UK. (6 Sept) These are my tracking numbers: HUT1860GB53756340301 EH005150316NL The package destination is MEXICO. But shipment history never mentions the package leaving the UK. Shipment history says RTS MANIFESTED FOR RETURN TO CLIENT. And its been like that for a whole week now. What does this means? Will I ever get my package? Will this parcel go back to Zavvi? Have I been scammed? I contacted them first but their client support is outstandingly bad they keep asking the same questions over and over like bots. Please help.

So I have two packages sent through you guys, one was sent over a month ago actually and the shipping hasn't been updated since the 23rd of September. The other one is set to RTS for some reason. This is not the first time packages with you guys have been RTS without explanation. I sent an email but I am still to receive a response. Is shipping to Macedonia suspended? Hello, I am trying to figure out where my package is and why there is an error message that says “RTS CLIENT REQUEST - PARCEL DATA ERROR”. What is going on with the package! My tracking number is 28477060375 or BOO0613GB00666608001. Update 10/26: I contacted the seller and they have said the shipper said I requested the parcel be returned to sender. That is not that case at all and I am confused as to why you all would do that without contacting me or my consent to have the package returned to sender. Like why are you all so interested in scamming customers?

Ho contattato il mittente che è NBA store e mi hanno risposto che hanno comunicato al corriere l'indirizzo corretto. In ogni caso l'errore è stato commesso da voi! Ho controllato il mio ordine e i dati che avevo inserito erano tutti corretti e non manca alcuna informazione. Siete stati voi a sbagliare a comunicare i dati a GLS quindi ora PRETENDO che siate voi a risolvere questo problema altrimenti mi rivolgerò ad un avvocato!
