I have now been waiting 4 weeks for an item last tracked at Heathrow. Its not moved since. I note the stock answer from P2P is the package is the responsibility of the retailer. So let me get this right, I buy a product, they label it and give it to P2P who are paid to move from A to B. They fail to do so and yet that's the retailers fault. NO THIS IS P2P YOU'RE THE ONES MESSING UP. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ERRORS. You're the ones who lose it, not the retailer, they know where it went, THEY GAVE IT TO YOU. THIS IS ON YOU. I have emailed the CS team as requested 2 weeks ago. I have had no reply after the stock 'we have opened an investigation and we will update you" No parcel, no update, no tracking since a month ago when it stopped, no service. Hmm, funny how it arrived 2 days ago and it's now at my address, not the senders. I don't mean to be so sarcastic but the item was AWOL for a whole month, P2P then ran an "investigation" only to provide me with 100% incorrect information. Any real investigation would not be such a dumpster fire as this. You really need to change the whole system.

Yo ya no se ni que hacer. Estamos a día 16 de junio; el pedido llega a FeDEX el día 20 de mayo y no avanza. Recientemente el día 11 avanza el pedido y me ponen el código de evento 432, pero de nuevo no avanza. Es alucinante, parece de chiste la manera en que trabajan. Cuánto tiempo más van a tardar en enviar el paquete, ya ha pasado casi un mes.
