Primeiro a encomenda ficou adiada por erro na morada, depois mandaram um mail a dizer que a encomenda foi entregue, porém eu estive em casa todo o dia e não recebi encomenda absolutamente nenhuma do site LOOKFANTASTIC. Quero uma solução imediata para o meu problema.

Boa noite Fiz uma encomenda na look fantastic HUT1860GB20672230901 que foi entregue na sexta feira dia 5. No ato da entrega pediram me novamente para efetuar o pagamento da encomenda quando eu já o tinha feito no momento em que fiz a encomenda online. Levaram me a encomenda sem dizer o que fazer nem para onde ligar para resolver o problema. Péssimo serviço. Peço um esclarecimento de onde está a minha encomenda. Obrigada

HI i ordered a parcel on the 13th of february . it said it would be delivered between 23rdfeb- 1st march . i still have not received it. the tracking info says the parcel is in the netherlands but has not been updated in 11 days . Bom dia. Fiz uma encomenda na lookfantastic no passado dia 24 de fevereiro (HUT1860GB63069088301). Desde dia 3 que a encomenda está parada com a mensagem site scan, supostamente na Holanda, quando inclusive a look fantastic tinha enviado um e-mail nesse dia a avisar me que já estava no país de origem (Portugal). Hoje seria o último dia para entregar a encomenda. Agradeço que me esclareçam no sentido de perceber onde está realmente a minha encomenda e quanto tempo mais vai demorar. Obrigada
