Problemas con P2P / eGlobal Central

Otro envio de eGlobalCentral que no llega. El tracking no muestra nada más que DEPARTED GERAS LTD desde hace más de 15 días. No se si eGlobal Central lo llegó a enviar o P2P es lento, pero el envío debería haber llegado de 6-9 días laborables. GER0140NL44711358301 Editado: Aparentemente no se ha enviado el artículo aún, sin embargo la información del tracking refleja que está en transito. Sigo pensando que el seguimiento no es bueno ya que da a entender que sí se ha enviado. Toca abrir disputa y pedir reembolso a eGlobal Central.

Worst Experience

Shopped on Lookfantastic on March 3rd and my order was dispatched that same day, according to the tracking service. Also according to the tracking information, it took a week for it to arrive from Basildon, UK to Amsterdam, NL (March 10), but between Brexit and Covid, I didn’t think much of it. On the same day, it was moved to Venlo, NL, where it sat for four days just to go back to Amsterdam, NL (March 14). Until a couple of hours ago (9:30pm, March 15), when the activity status was updated to ‘RTS CLIENT REQUEST - PARCEL DATA ERROR’ and the location is back in Basildon, UK. Now, the expected delivery is March 17 - 22, so technically there’s still time, however it states ‘client request’ and I clearly haven’t requested anything, and if the parcel is back in Basildon, I don’t believe it’ll get to me any time soon. I just want to know what is going on with my parcel, and in the future I’ll make sure to avoid shopping on websites that use this courier’s services. My shipment number is: HUT1860GB55206978801

Atraso na entrega

Boa tarde, Tenho uma encomenda com o nr° de tracking HUT1860GB53438592801. A encomenda devia ter chegado entre dia 09/03 e 12/03 e ainda não chegou. No site dos CTT diz que a encomenda está em Portugal mas no site da fedex diz que a encomenda está na Holanda outra vez, apesar de supostamente já ter saído de lá dia 12/03. Já contactei a LookFantastic e o vosso email info@ p2pmail.co.uk e ainda não obtive resposta de nenhum dos dois. Gostaria de saber onde está a minha encomenda. Atenciosamente Ana

Hätte ich das gewusst..

Mein Paket hängt auch in NL fest und es tut sich seit 2 Tagen nichts. Im Shop selbst wird angegeben 2-3 Tage Lieferzeit und nun sitzt ich hier und warte auch.. sollte sich in 2-3 Tagen nichts tun, werde ich mir mein Geld bei PayPal Zurück holen.
