I order an items last may 6,2022, up until now my order have not yet arrive, i;ve been emailing them since 1 week after the may 6, they been telling me there was just a delay because of covid in HK,.. so stupid me i believe them, i waited and waited till now still no delivery of my order (i’ve been updating them just incase they didn;t know what is happening,every week i informed them that my order have not arrive) up until now i have not heard from them, i heard a lot of great review about this company. But i guess i have to be the one to write this bad review, sorry guys but i just can;t help myself in giving u 1 star, if only there is no star i guess i will rate u that zero star. Very bad experiance.

I had not used or heard of Cosmetics Now until a hunt for an out of stock item proved them to be the only ones who had what I was searching for. While the item took a while to ship I loved their service and care. A representative promptly addressed a question I sent, the retailer followed up my order with information about processing, shipping, and delivery. Any reservations I had about ordering from an online retailer I didn't know much about was eased by their attention and lovely customer service.
