Very disappointed I received the incorrect item. Too any back and forth emails with apologies. Have requested numerous times for return instructions and continue to receive only apologies.

Love this physical sunscreen that does not contain chemicals that would harm marine life and causes possible side effects. I also like the tint which covers up minor skin discoloration well. Will definitely make future purchases.

Order and shipping updates were emailed to me so communication was as expected. Although my order took a bit longer than I would have liked to arrive (4 days to ship, 10 to deliver), the products are as promised, and at an amazing price so I’m overall satisfied and would order from this vendor again!

I ordered an expensive Byterry balm de rose lip trio and that is not what I received. I emailed the company with the picture of the packing slip with someone else's name and a body wash product inside the box as well as left phone messages and a chat message. The company sent an email today and said my package was delivered and that part is true but I did not get what i paid for. Terrible customer service, I will never order from this company again and beware.
