The test of a good organisation is how they fix things when they don't go as expected. Their courier let them down, but they quickly organised another which resulted in a very acceptable alternative with a minimum of delay. Plenty of communication along the way to let me know what was happening. Veena S was particularly helpful.

I have to admit, this is my last choice website to buy perfume. Not because there is anything wrong with the products or the service, mainly because delivery times are quite slow in comparison with other sites I use. They do have an excellent range, including some hard to find products, which is good. I just get really anxious when they take more than a week even when they are not coming from overseas. I would still recommend Cosmetics Now as a good source of legitimate products.

The products I ordered have been used before, which I love them. However, leaking from the toner was found and the box of the Aquasource gel was well soaked by the leaking toner. This is quite surprising with such poor packaging.

Waste of time and money: I wish I had never ordered from this company, I never received my product, and I am told I will not get a refund. I paid £20 for expedited shipping. I was told the product would arrive in 2-4 business days. It was severely delayed, and I was not staying at the shipping address longer. I gave the company ample warning, and I was told the shipping address could not be changed. I asked to cancel the order, and customer service would not acknowledge my request to cancel the order throughout several emails. Now the product has been delivered to an address I don't have access to, and I'm told I can't get a refund. Throughout the process, customer service was extremely unhelpful. I explained the situation over email 9 times, and each time I was given an answer that demonstrated the customer service representative hadn't even read my messages, which is incredibly frustrating and time consuming.

I am very happy with the buying experience and the product. I am not happy with the shear volume of emails despite opting out of all advertising emails. I DO NOT want any emails as a result of this review!!
