Finally got my parcel (was the post that didn't notify me where it was going despite redirecting it while it was in transit during the moving process) I have to comment Veena at customer support for her prompt responses and professional yet patient manner. Products were in good condition.

Very poor. There was no assistance, proper tracking of my order. One star just for the arrival and even when it came the box and item was a little damaged. I ordered from New Zealand and this is the third Australian company I have ordered from. I recommend buying from another store or another country if you're shopping from NZ.

Did'nt think we would get this 100ml Perfume order as it was put on hold in New York because the parcel was given a Dangerous Goods category for shipment. Safe to spray on a woman's face but not to transport by plane ?? However, the parcel did arrive, and Happy Wife, Happy Life.
