Terrible service! I ordered one item, and paid extra for 3-4 business day delivery. It is now almost 10 days and still no delivery. I only received an update that my item was dispatched when I emailed to ask about it. When I asked for a refund of my delivery fee, I was told that this item was sourced form around the world and takes 7-12 days yet no one communicated this to me, and if this is the case then remove the 4-5 business day delivery! This item was cologne and was for a birthday present that is now extremely late. I will never ever use them and never ever recommend them.

Misleading shipping times…chose 3 day priority shipping only to be told that my order has to be shipped from Sydney to cosmetics now in Melbourne…then from there my order would be delivered within 3 days…it’s now been 3 weeks and my order hasn’t been received. Customer service line rings out and I’ve not received any update since placing me order over 3 weeks ago..

I purchased a Jan Marini gentle cleanser from the official website and, after a thorough comparison with the one I bought from Cosmetic Now, I am 100% sure the one from Cosmetic Now is COUNTERFEIT. The ingredients, texture, and scent are entirely different. After using it only twice, my face appeared slightly burned, extremely dry, and reddish and swollen. It has caused significant damage to my facial skin! I will definitely report this injury to Fair Trading. Guys, don’t try to save a little money by buying from Cosmetic Now instead of the original official website—it could cause permanent damage to your face! It’s really, really, really not worth it!!!

Totally happy with this product and the purchase experience. I live in the UK and the parcel was lost in transit. I contacted support at Cosmetics Now ans they chased up DHL and then resent the cream. Communication was perfect and they kindly gave me 10% back for the delay. I was very grateful they waited to find out what I wanted and didn't just issue a refund straight away. I wanted the cream very much and it's hard to get hold of. Very pleased, thank you guys!
