I ordered an item costing $197.50 from Cosmetics Now on 20 May for my husband’s birthday and I am still waiting for it. I have sent emails asking for assistance but have had no reply.

Totally unreliable without any respect to customer. I placed an order in 29 April and after several emails, I was informed on 6 June that the product was out of stock. My first and definitely last experience with them. Absolute waste of time. Avoid them.

Avoid , unserious . I received a wrong product . After several mails the outcome is 0 . Don’t trust this website , it is a scam . Edited-8th June That statement it false and that I have given you what you asked for multiple times but you kept requesting for the same thing over and over, you can go back to the emails that I have sent me that is the evidence I have.

I ordered my items which were in the total of £160.00 on the 30th March haven't received my items. I've emailed and called, non existent number from the UK. Here is my order number if I get any luck from a response on here. Very very disappointing. 2260589 From this last review I received numerous emails to explain the delay in my order was due to a cancelled flight. Cosmetics Now have gone up in my estimation they tracked my parcel personally and even called myself to make sure I had received it and was happy with my products, which I was. I will be definitely using this company again excellent customer service once they were aware of my dilemma.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago, I have had no email to state that my order has been shipped and my order status is still “pending”. I have emailed, phone with 0 response!

Never use this company, my order worth £100 did not arrive , after various emails they decided to just ignore me , order from this company at your own risk
